Dude! That's F'd up!
My co-worker's comment, upon seeing this, was "Oh man, he'll never walk again!" Yes, he was serious. He meant that after it wrecked his elbow, it landed on his neck, but we decided not to listen to that, and decided to mock him for the rest of the day.
