I know politics is a touchy subject with freinds...
I don't necessarily agree with the order, but Muppet Babies was the cornerstone of my Saturday morning, and it is not on this list. Also, I don't believe there is a single show from USA's cartoon express. This list leaves much to be desired, and, with all the shows that revolve around warring cultures is obviously very male-centric.

Gummi Bears ahead of Smurfs? And where is The Real Ghostbusters?
And Cartoon Express as I whole would have been a valid number.
